Despite the loss, Indiana’s Kelsey Mitchell was the standout of the night. She matched her season high with 37 points, scoring 21 before halftime, and shot 4-of-7 from three while going a perfect 15-for-15 at the free-throw line. The performance also gave her the WNBA record for consecutive 20-point games, her 21st in a row, surpassing A’ja Wilson’s previous mark.
