Argentina’s defensive resilience faltered in the 93rd minute when Enzo Fernández received a second yellow card, forcing them to navigate extra time with ten men.
The decisive moment arrived in the 106th minute. Pedro Porro floated a far-post cross that Nico Williams headed down into the path of substitute Ferran Torres, who slammed a first-time strike into the roof of the net.
