The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has announce the launching of its Free Wi-Fi Monitoring System, a public monitoring platform that allows Filipino to track the real-time status and performance of the government’s Free Wi-Fi for All Program across the country.
Accessible via the official DICT website (http://dict.gov.ph/), the Network Monitoring System (NMS) V2 functions as an operational dashboard providing visibility into public Wi-Fi sites nationwide. The platform tracks key metrics including real-time site availability, uptime performance, connectivity status, incident reports, and service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
Through the dashboard, users can view the operational status of access points down to the regional, provincial, and municipal levels. The system monitors connectivity in public schools, community centers, and municipal hubs, enabling faster response times for technical disruptions and ensuring more reliable service.
While DICT has used the NMS V2 internally since last year to oversee network expansion, opening the dashboard to the public aims to enhance government transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in digital services.
To ensure service quality, the agency is encouraging the public to submit feedback, report service outages, or escalate complaints through three channels:

Members of the public can view the live dashboard by visiting dict.gov.ph, navigating to the “Services” menu, and selecting “Free Wi-Fi Monitoring System.”
