Together with the new Macbook Air with M4 chip, Apple also announced a refreshed iPad Air powered by the “M3 chip and built for Apple Intelligence.”
Available in 11‑inch and 13‑inch Liquid Retina display, the new iPad Air supports Apple Pencil Pro as well as the Apple Pencil (USB‑C). Because it is powered by the M3 chip, the new iPad Air, which Apple claims to be “2x faster compared to iPad Air with M1,1 and up to 3.5x faster than iPad Air with A14 Bionic” and will be able to perform AI capabilities in iPadOS.
