House of Dragon star Milly Alcock cast as Supergirl in James Gunn’s DCU.

It’s official, Milly Alcock star of HBO’s House of Dragon will be Supergirl in James Gunn’s DCU.

The Australia-born Milly Alcock have been acting since 2013 and known for her roles in Foxtel comedy-drama Upright, where she received an AACTA Award nomination. Alcock is also known for her role as the young Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen in the first season of HBO’s Game of Thrones prequel spinoff House of the Dragon.

Milly Alcock also confirmed her casting as the new Girl of Steel on her IG account, saying “So excited to be a part of the DC fam – thank you so much to @jamesgunn for trusting me with Kara / Supergirl”
