Together with the new iMac and Mac mini, Apple has updated the Macbook Pro with the new M4 family of chips. Apple appears to be just refreshing the processor and camera then keeping the same specs.

Pre-order is now available and the new Macbook will be Apple Store locations and Apple Authorized Resellers, beginning Friday, November 8. Price starts at $1,599 for the 14-inch MacBook Pro with M4, 14‑inch MacBook Pro with M4 Pro starts at $1,999 and 16‑inch MacBook Pro starts at $2,499.
The NagaTech LAKAN features a 15.3-inch QHD+ IPS display with 240Hz refresh rate and 2560 x 1440 resolution. It comes with either a Ryzen 7 8845HS or a Ryzen 9 8945HS processor with two GPU options: either the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 or the RTX 4070.
For storage, it has either a 16GB or 32GB RAM that is configurable up to 64GB while having a 512GB SSD storage that can be upgradable. Windows 11 Home or Pro comes in the laptop.

NagaTech, is a Philippine-based laptop maker. The company said that units for their laptops “are arriving end of Sept/start of Oct for local techies to give in-depth reviews.” and they plan to sell “online (directly through our Website) and Shopee this December.”

The third product that HONOR has announced is the HONOR MagicBook Art 14, a 14.6-inch laptop with an OLED screen and 3120×2080 screen resolution. It will use Intel’s Core™ Ultra CPU, 5 processor 125H and 7 processor 155H, with up to 32GB RAM (LPDDR5X 7467M) and 1 TB storage. The HONOR MagicBook Art 14 will have a 60Wh Li-polymer battery that can power the laptop up to 9.5 hours of daily office work.

The MagicBook Art 14 will initially be available in Hong Kong for HKD 9,999.00 for the Ultra 5 Processor with 16GB RAM and 1 TB storage configuration, and in Malaysia for RM 5,999.00 with the same configuration. No word yet as to when it will be available in Saudi Arabia.
Together with the Magic V3, MagicPad 2 and MagicBook Art 14, HONOR also announced the new Watch 5.
HONOR also introduced the HONOR Watch 5, a blend of modern technology and sleek design. Weighing 35g, it measures only 11mm in thickness, making it lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear. Aside from the new Galaxy S23 phones, Samsung also announced in their Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event, the Galaxy Book3 series; the Galaxy Book3 Ultra, Book3 Pro 360, Book3 360 and Book3 Pro. Except for the Galaxy Book3 Ultra all other Galaxy Book3 features similar specs.
Samsung describes the Galaxy Book3 Ultra as a “premium PC” with “ultra-high-performance computing,” while the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 is a 2-in-1 convertible that supports S Pen functionality and the Galaxy Book3 Pro will be the the thinnest laptop in the series. The new Galaxy Book3 Ultra and Pro series will have a full aluminum frame and parts built from recycled plastics.

The Galaxy Book3 Ultra will be Samsung’s entry to the gaming space, since it features Intel’s 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9 processor and NVIDIA® RTX Geforce™ 4070 laptop GPU. Both the Galaxy Book3 Ultra and Pro series will be available in 14-inches and 16-inches displays, that uses Samsung’s Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, first used in Galaxy premium smartphone lineup display. The display supports 3K (2880×1800) resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate. It is also VESA ClearMR and DisplayHDR TRUE BLACK 500 certified, and has received SGS Eye Care Display certification.
As for its availability, the new Galaxy Book3 series will be available for purchase this February 17th, 2023, starting with the Galaxy Book3 Pro and Pro360 models in select markets.
The Galaxy Book3 Pro will start at $1449.99, available in 14-inch and 16-inch sizes with Graphite and Beige color options. The Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 will start at $1899.99, available in 16-inch size with Graphite and Beige color options, and Galaxy Book3 Ultra will have a starting price of $2,399.99, available in a 16-inch size in Graphite.
