Nintendo launches Music streaming service to listen music from games.

Nintendo has launch a music app called Nintendo Music. Nintendo Music is a music streaming service provided by Nintendo in which you can listen to music from your favorite Nintendo games that includes Splatoon, Animal Crossing, and The Legend of Zelda.

The Nintendo Music app allows you to stream or download Nintendo soundtracks, create and share playlists, browse music by different categories. In order to use the Nintendo Music service you need to be a paying member of any Nintendo Switch Online membership.

Nintendo Music app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or App Store.

Nintendo intros Alarmo, a $100 high-tech alarm clock

Alarmo, an interactive alarm clock that’s out of the ordinary! Alarmo responds to your body’s movement with game sounds, so you can feel like you’re waking up in the game world itself. Set an alarm inspired by five Nintendo games, with more alarms on the way as free updates as they become available.

Nintendo’s Alarmo is just like any other alarm clock, you set it up to make a loud sound on a certain time of the time, usually in the morning, to wake you up.

But unlike other alarm clock, even the “alarm clock” features of your smartphone, the Alarmo can detect if you really “got out of bed” for it to stop or if you “stay in bed too long” Alarmo will get more intense and the sound will more or less get louder.

This is how it looks like, on the front, the Alarmo features a 2.8 LCD display with motion and brightness sensor. It has a back and notification button, and a big white “Confirm button and dial at the top. It will have a USB-C interface and the speaker can be found at the back.

Nintendo developing a live action adaption of The Legend of Zelda

Nintendo has announced that they are developing a live action adaption of The Legend of Zelda.

The film will be produced by Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto, who co-created The Legend of Zelda and Avi Arad, former head and CEO of Marvel Studios, now the Chairman of Arad Productions Inc., who has produced many mega hit films like ‘Iron Man (2008),’ that started the MCU; ‘Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’ and ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,’ as well as ‘Venom’ and its sequel, just to name a few.

Nintendo also announced that Wes Ball, will be the director of the film. Ball is known for directing all three Maze Runner film and the Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.

The film will be co-financed by Nintendo and Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., with more than 50% financed by Nintendo. The theatrical distribution of the film will be done worldwide by Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc.

With the success of The Super Mario Bros. Movie, it’s not surprising that Nintendo will be looking at their other IP and developing them into film franchise.

Nintendo launches Game & Watch: The Legend of Zelda

To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the original The Legend of Zelda game, Nintendo recently launch the Game & Watch: The Legend of Zelda system, it’s a standlone Game & Watch handheld system that where you can play three retro Zelda games; The Legend of Zelda, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening.

If you have the Game & Watch: Super Mario, then this device is the exact same thing, like the screensize, metalic finish and those rubbery buttons, the main difference is the green color theme and has “The Legend of Zelda” plastered on the front and center of the device.

In the United States, the Game & Watch: The Legend of Zelda retails at $49.99 or around SAR 187.50, but you can expect it to be priced in the Kingdom the same as Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros which is around SAR 400.00.
