These are the winners of MMFF 2022 Gabi ng Parangal

Now that all the numbers are in, it was time to give the bag to the winners for this years Metro Manila Film Festival. The movie Deleter dominated the MMFF 2022 Gabi ng Parangal bagging 7 awards including the Best Picture, Best Actress (Nadine Lustre), Best Director (Mikhail Red) and much more.

Even though Deleter received the most awards, Nanahimik ang Gabi is the film that have the most nominations at 13, while Deleter and Mamasapano both received 11 nominations. Movies that won multiple awards are Deleter (7 awards won); Nanahimik ang Gabi (winning 5 awards); Mamasapano: Now It Can Be Told (bagging 4 awards) and My Father, Myself (taking home 3 awards).

  • Best Child Performer: Shawn Niño Gabriel, My Father, Myself
  • Fernando Poe Jr. Memorial Award: Mamasapano: Now It Can Be Told 
  • Gender Sensitivity: My Teacher 
  • Best Original Theme Song: “Ang Aking Mahal,” Mamasapano: Now It Can Be Told
  • Best Visual Effects: Deleter
  • Best Editing: Nikolas Red, Deleter 
  • Best Cinematography: Deleter
  • Stars of the Night: Ian Veneracion, Nadine Lustre
  • Marichu Vera-Perez Memorial Award: Vilma Santos-Recto
  • Best Float: My Father, Myself 

At the same time, Nadine’s agency Viva Artists Agency posted their congratulatory post for the all awards that the film Deleter won.
