Here’s the Main and Thanks Giving Procession Route of Black Nazarene according to MMDA

Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) posted the traffic route of the Grand and Thanks Giving Procession of the Black Nazarene today, January 9, 2018.

The Grand Procession will start at the Quirino Grandstand, Rizal Park and will end in Quiapo Church, Plaza Miranda.

The Thanks Giving Procession on the other hand will start at the in Quiapo Church, passing Quezon Blvd. – Gonzalo Puyat st. – Evangelista – C.M. Recto – Ser. Loyola – Bilibid Viejo – Guzman – Hidalgo – Barbosa – Globo de Oro – Palangca – Villalobos going thur Plaza Miranda then back to Quiapo Church.

MMDA also included information regarding alternate route that motorist can take and other related activities.

MMDA to lift number coding scheme on January 1-2, 2018 including Makati and Las Piñas

Good news to all motorist on the first and second day of 2018, Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will temporary lift the number coding scheme on January 1 and 2, 2018., which will include Makati and Las Piñas.

MMDA to start a one-week dry run of High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Lane on December 11

Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will conduct a one-week dry run of High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Lane on Monday, December 11 at 6:00 AM.

The implementation for dry run of HOV Lane located at the fifth and left most lane along Edsa.

Motorcycle riders can also use the said lane aside from the motorcycle lane in the fourth lane. Private car drivers with no companion can still use the motorcycle lane (2nd) and third lane from the MRT.

Violators will be apprehended via no-contact apprehension policy and will be meted P500 fine.
