Both Smart and Globe Telecom will temporary suspend their mobile services tomorrow January 9, 2018, starting 5:00 AM, for Quiapo, Manila, Quezon City, Mandaluyong and Makati. This is in compliance with the National Telecommunications Commission’s order regarding the Black Nazarene Procession. Neighboring cities will also be affected.
