Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba concludes with the Infinity Castle Film Trilogy

Following the conclusion of Season 4 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba or also known as the Hashira Training Arc in Japan, Crunchyroll announced a three-part film project titled “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle.” This trilogy will adapt the Infinity Castle arc (chapters 137-183) and the Sunrise Countdown arc (chapters 184-205) of the beloved manga into an anime film.

Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment also announced that they had acquired the trilogy of movies for a global theatrical release excluding select Asian territories and Japan. No release date was confirmed at the time of reporting.

Together with the announcement of the “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle film trilogy” the official movie posters and, a two and a half minute trailer was release.

Demon Slayer Season 4: Hashira Training Arc now has a release date and trailer

Here’s something for Demon Slayer fans, since the Demon Slayer Season 4: Hashira Training Arc is set to premiere s set to premiere in Spring 2024, with the first episode being a one-hour special. Demon Slayer Season 4: Hashira Training Arc will adapt Chapters 128 to 136 of Koyoharu Gotoge’s manga of the same name.

Premise of the arc is that Tanjiro goes to see the Stone Hashira, in order to receive the Hashira training under Himejima. The training will prepare Tanjiro to become a Hashira — a high-ranking member of the Demon Slayer Corps, as well as for the battles to come.

Together with the announcement, a new compilation film will have its world screenings on February 23, 2023, no title for the film have been announce but it will compose of the last episode of Season 3: Swordsmith Village Arc – “A Connected Bond: Daybreak and First Light” and the first episode of Hashira Training Arc.
