Caitlin Clark is set to play in this year’s LPGA’s The Annika pro-am, again!

Just like what the title says, WNBA Superstar Caitlin Clark will once again play at this year’s LPGA’s The Annika pro-am. The tournament’s official X/twitter account made the announcement and also published an official statement regarding Clark’s return to the The Annika pro-am.

Clark is scheduled to participate in the Wednesday Pro-Am at The ANNIKA on November 12. Wednesday’s Pro-Am is open to the public, and tickets are on sale exclusively at www.TheAnnika.com.

“I had an amazing time at The ANNIKA last November and participating in the Pro-Am alongside Nelly Korda and Annika Sorenstam, two of the best in the game,” said Clark. “I’m honored to be an ambassador for a company in Gainbridge® that is so committed to elevating women’s sports. I can’t wait to return to Tampa Bay in November to play in the Pro-Am with the best women golfers in the world.”

“Bringing Caitlin, Nelly and Annika together last year was a great day for women’s sports,” said Mike Nichols, Group 1001 Chief of Sponsorship Strategy and Activation. “We look forward to her return this year and continuing our work with our brand ambassadors and partners to elevate women’s sports.”

“It was an honor to play in the pro-am with Caitlin last year. The difference between this year and last year is that it appears that LPGA and The Annika pro-am will be ready for Caitlin Clark and the big crowds that she will bring to the tournament.

Rather than going abroad to play basketball elsewhere, it appears that Caitlin Clark will playing a different sports this off season. Clark will participate in this year’s The Annika in November, the penultimate tournament on the LPGA Tour schedule hosted by Annika Sorenstam. Caitlin Clark will is a panelist at the Women’s Leadership Summit on Tuesday, then will play in the Wednesday Pro-Am game, both taking place at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Fla.

“I love golf so the opportunity to play in the Pro-Am for a tournament with a legend like Annika Sorenstam’s name on it is so exciting,” said Clark. “Gainbridge® is a leader in supporting women’s sports and that’s clear through their commitment to me, this event, Billie Jean King, and Parity Week. I’m looking forward to seeing all the LPGA players on the driving range, being part of the Women’s Leadership Summit, and, of course, teeing it up in the pro-am with Annika.”

Caitlin Clark have been known to play golf while playing with the Iowa hawkeyes in college, she played with former Masters champion Zach Johnson at the John Deere Classic Pro-Am in 2023. So this is nothing new to her but it remains to be seen if her golf skills will be as good as her basketball skills.

Golf: Warriors Steph Curry make a hole-in-one at American Century Golf Championship

GSW Star Steph Curry already cemented himself as the Greatest Shooter in Basketball and it looks like being a shooter is not only in the basketball court but also in the golf course.

At the American Century Golf Championship, Steph Curry made a hole-in-one on the par-three seventh hole at the American Century Championship on Saturday. It bounced once on the green and into the hold for the 4-time NBA Champ and tournament leader, he sprinted down the 152-yard hole in excitement after the shot.

The day before, Steph also made a difficult putt shot where the ball curve rolls across the green as it curves to the hole.

Curry later revealed that this is his second hole-in-one.

Fellow NBA star Lebron James reacted to Curry’s amazing shot.

Curry’s hole in one made him the leader of the tournament and could take home this year’s American Century Golf Championship.
