Also there have been rumors that Sadie Sink, from Stranger Things, will take on the role of Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. For now this is just a rumor and no confirmation yet from Marvel nor Sony.
OPM Rock Legend Eraserheads will perform “Get This Love Thing Down”, the band’s latest song, the Electric Fun Music Festival this October 18, 2025 (Saturday) at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque City.
“I’m excited for our new and longtime fans to hear what we came up with,” shares frontman and main songwriter Ely Buendia in a press statement. “We’ve each grown to different phases and explored different sounds, but this song reflects where we are now — emotionally, musically, and spiritually.”
The band teased the new song during the closing credits of the documentary “Eraserheads: Combo On The Run” that was released in cinemas on March 21, 2025.
From Sony Pictures Animation, the studio behind Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, comes GOAT, an original action-comedy set in an all-animal world. The story follows Will, a small goat with big dreams who gets a once-in-a-lifetime shot to join the pros and play roarball – a high-intensity, co-ed, full-contact sport dominated by the fastest, fiercest animals in the world. Will’s new teammates aren’t thrilled about having a little goat on their roster, but Will is determined to revolutionize the sport and prove once and for all that “smalls can ball!”

Netflix’s live action adaptation is currently in production and will star South Korean Actor Byeon Woo-seok.

There has been no report as to when the live-action series will be available, and it’s safe to say that it may not be available until the anime series has been completed or at least is on its later part.

The Ironheart is reported to be a 6-episode series, where the first 3-episode will premier on Disney+ this June 24th.

The Old Guard 2 will star Charlize Theron, KiKi Layne, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Matthias Schoenaerts, Vân Veronica Ngô and Chiwetel Ejiofor reprising their roles from the first film with the addition of Uma Thurman and Henry Golding joining.

Officially the 3rd installment of the “Now You See Me” film franchise. It appears that Jesse Eisenberg will be the new leader of the Four Horsemen. Mark Ruffalo (Dylan Rhodes) was the leader in the first two Now You See Me films.
Now You See Me: Now You Don’t is directed by Ruben Fleischer, which features a screenplay penned by Eric Warren Singer, Seth Grahame-Smith, and Michael Lesslie. The film was produced by Bobby Cohen and Alex Kurtzman.
Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Isla Fisher, and Morgan Freeman will be reprising their roles from previous films, with Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, Ariana Greenblatt, and Rosamund Pike joining the cast.

A number of casts will be returning to reprise their role from the previous Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, including;

Aside from some clips that were already in the official teaser trailer, what are some notable scenes in the sneak peek? We get more screentime for Krypto the Superdog, then we see the Fortress of Solitude of this Superman, and last but not least, that interaction with multiple Kelexes is just adorable. The main Kelex (Robot #4) is voiced by Alan Tudyk.
Written and directed by James Gunn, the Superman will star David Corenswet as Clark Kent / Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, with cameo from Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner / Green Lantern and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor.
Superman will in theaters on July 11, 2025.
Disney Studios just released the official trailer for Tron: Ares, a sequel to the 2010 film TRON: Legacy. The film will feature Jared Leto as Ares, an AI program sent to the real world, with Jeff Bridges reprising his role as Kevin Flynn from the original Disney’s 1982 seminal science fiction film, “TRON.”
Together with the trailer, Disney also release the official movie poster with Leto and the iconic Tron Lightcycle.
Tron: Ares is directed by Joachim Rønning and stars Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, with Gillian Anderson, and Jeff Bridges. Tron: Ares will be in theaters on October 10, 2025.

This will be Tom Holland’s 4th Spider-Man film, reprising his role as the web slinger. Also returning to the franchise is Zendaya. Also in the film is Sadie Sink, who was known for her role as portrayal of Maxine “Max” Mayfield in the Netflix hit “Stranger Things.”
Another interesting bit on the release date is that it will be two months after the release of Marvel’s Avengers – Doomsday.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, who directed and co-wrote Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
Comic Jo Koy will have a show in Manila for its Southeast Asia leg of the “Just Being Koy World Tour” and it will be on July 21st at the MOA Arena. Tickets are now available and ticket prices are ₱1,500.00 for the General Admission and ₱7,500.00 for the Floor Seated.

Masters of the Universe is an upcoming American superhero film based on Mattel’s franchise of the same name. The film is directed by Travis Knight with script by Chris Butler and distributed by Amazon MGM Studios. It has a reported budget of $200 million.
