The Indiana Fever and Aliyah Boston have agreed to a new contract, with the center signing a new, multiyear agreement through the 2029 WNBA season. With the agreement, Boston becomes the first player in WNBA history to sign a deal under the newly-created Exceptional Performance on Initial Contract (EPIC) provision.
Indiana did not provide any financial details on the contract but ESPN’s Alexa Philippou reports that the deal is “a four-year, $6.3 million contract extension with the Indiana Fever, giving her the richest total salary in league history to date.” Boston will earn $1M this year, then 20% of the cap through 2029, which is approximately $1.77 million per year, for the final three years of her contract.
The new deal secures Aliyah Boston’s long-term future with the Fever, especially since Caitlin Clark is expected to receive a similar, if not larger, contract from Indiana.
After re-signing Kelsey Mitchell, the Indiana Fever added veteran forward Monique Billings to their roster. Billings, an eight-year WNBA veteran, entered the league in the same 2018 draft class as Mitchell. The two have already established strong chemistry this year as teammates for Hive in the 2026 Unrivaled basketball league.
Before joining Indiana, Billings played for the 2025 WNBA expansion side Golden State Valkyries. In her 26 games there, she averaged 7.3 points per game and recorded a total of 21 blocks and 16 steals.
Billings also brings experience playing alongside Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston. The trio represented the United States as members of the 2026 Women’s World Cup Qualifying Team, where Billings helped the squad to a 5-0 record while averaging 6.4 points and 3.2 rebounds per game. Most recently, she participated in the April 2026 USA Basketball training camp in Phoenix, Arizona.
Indiana Fever has resigned All Star Kelsey Mitchell, with the two sides agreeing to contract terms ahead of the 2026 WNBA season. This will be Mitchell’s ninth season with the Indiana Fever, the team who drafted her No. 2 overall by the Fever in the 2018 WNBA Draft. The signing will keep Fever’s Big 3, the includes Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston for the 2026 WNBA Season.
Mitchell returns to the Fever following what was her most successful season, a year which saw the guard win the 2025 Commissioner’s Cup, earn her first All-WNBA First Team honors and named a finalist for 2025 WNBA Most Valuable Player. In 2025, Mitchell set a new franchise record for points per game in a single season (20.2), surpassing a two-decades long record set in 2003 by Tamika Catchings. Additionally, Mitchell was named a WNBA All-Star for the third-consecutive year and was a two-time WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week.
In the postseason, Mitchell led the Fever to the WNBA Semifinals for the first time in a decade, appearing in all eight of Indiana’s playoff games while scoring 178 points, the third most in a single postseason in franchise history, behind only Catchings (2012, 2015).

Both Aliyah Boston (Indian Fever) and Sonia Citron (Washington Mystics) are out of U.S. roster for the 2026 FIBA Women’s World Cup Qualifying Tournament. They will be replaced by Monique Billings (Golden State Valkyries) and Rae Burrell (Los Angeles Sparks).
The pair will replace Aliyah Boston and Sonia Citron, who are no longer able to compete in the tournament that will take place in San Juan. Boston missed the Unrivaled playoffs with what was described as a right lower extremity injury. Citron missed the end of the regular season of Unrivaled with the same injury designation as Boston.
Billings was part of the 2017 USA under-23 national team that was undefeated at the Four Nations Tournament. Burrell will be making her U.S. competitive debut.

The USA Basketball Women’s National Team just announce the 18-player roster for its upcoming training camp, scheduled for December 12-14 at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
The camp’s 18-player roster is a mix of championship experience and rising talent. Headlining the group are five 2024 Olympic gold medalists: Kahleah Copper, Chelsea Gray, Brittney Griner, Kelsey Plum, and Jackie Young. Joined by Dearica Hamby, a bronze medalist from the 2024 3×3 Olympic competition. Other accomplished veterans include 2022 FIBA World Cup champion Brionna Jones.
The camp will also mark the senior National Team debut for ten highly anticipated young players: Lauren Betts, Cameron Brink, Paige Bueckers, Veronica Burton, Sonia Citron, Caitlin Clark, Kiki Iriafen, Rickea Jackson, Angel Reese, and JuJu Watkins. Many of these newcomers, including Aliyah Boston, already boast gold medals from various junior and youth international competitions. Kiki Iriafen will make her first appearance with USA Basketball. The roster also features numerous players with 3×3 experience, including Olympic medalists Plum and Young.
The training will be led by 2025-28 Women’s National Team head coach Kara Lawson (Duke University). She will be supported by a veteran coaching staff featuring court coaches Natalie Nakase (Golden State Valkyries, 2025 WNBA COY), Nate Tibbetts (Phoenix Mercury), and Stephanie White (Indiana Fever, 2023 WNBA COY).
Managing Director Sue Bird will use the camp to evaluate the athletes as the program begins preparations for the 2026 FIBA Women’s World Cup in Berlin, where the USA aims to secure an unprecedented fifth consecutive gold medal.
After losing Game 3, the Indiana Fever bounced back to defeat the Las Vegas Aces and force a winner-take-all Game 5 of the 2025 WNBA Semis.
Kelsey Mitchell led the Fever with 25 points, on the other hand, Aliyah Boston had a monster game of 24 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 assists, along with 2 blocks and 2 steals, despite guarding A’ja Wilson for the entirety of the game. Odyssey Sims was a big factor with 18 points. Lexie Hull despite scoring only 7 points, she was the engine that powered the Fever’s defense, Hull grabbed 7 rebounds, with 4 steals and 1 block.
The Indiana Fever won the game even though the Aces got a big performance from 4-time MVP A’ja Wilson. She scored 31 points and 9 rebounds and was also a force on the defensive end with 4 steals and 3 blocks. Jackie Young added 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 9 assists. Aside from Wilson and Young, the rest of the Aces were a non-factor. The team even committed a technical foul when Head Coach Becky Hammon mistakenly called an extra timeout with 30.1 seconds left in the game. This mistake cost the Aces possession, and the Fever were able to capitalize by making the technical free throw and the two free throws by Odyssey Sims when she was fouled by Chelsea Gray, creating a 10-point margin (87−77).

The series will now move back to Las Vegas for the deciding Game 5 this Tuesday, Sept 30th. The pressure will now be on the Aces, considering they are the healthy team, with the reigning MVP A’ja Wilson, and are playing at home. The Indiana Fever, at this point, are already overachieving, with 5 players out due to season-ending injuries and with 2 players who were added only a month ago, simply by pushing the Aces to the brink of elimination.

After seeing their double-digit lead shrink to three points with 2:51 left in the third, the Fever closed the quarter on an 11-0 run to extend their advantage to 14 points, seizing control of the game and never looking back.
Mitchell, who finished fifth in MVP voting with 93 points, scored 17 points in the first half, setting the tone for the Fever’s offense. The veteran guard, who finished the regular season ranked third in scoring with 20.2 points per game, shot 12 of 23 (52.2%) from the floor, including 4 of 6 from 3-point range in her first-ever semifinal game.

The Indiana Fever once again rose to the occasion, evening the series against the Atlanta Dream (77-60) and forcing a winner-take-all Game 3 back in Atlanta.
It was a relatively close game in the first half, where the Fever’s largest lead was only 11 points. Atlanta even closed the half with a 10-to-5 run to cut the lead to just six points (35-29). In the third quarter, the Dream was able to cut the lead to just three points (40-37) with a bounce pass from Rhyne Howard and an easy two points by Naz Hillmon. But Indiana ended the quarter with a 19-to-7 run (59-44) and never looked back.

Kelsey Mitchell lead the team with 19 points, compared to Game 1, both Aliyah Boston and Natasha Howard had a great game, scoring 15 points and 12 points, respectively. But was also a full team effort for the Fever where everyone who played scored. Allisha Gray and Rhyne Howard was a no show for the Dream and only two players scored in double-digits.
The series will not shift back to Atlanta with the pressure on the Dream to close the game at home. Game 3 of the 2025 WNBA First Round of the Playoff will be this Thursday at Gateway Center, Atlanta.

The Indiana Fever defeated the Minnesota Lynx 83-72 on September 9, 2025, in their final regular season game. The Lynx, who are the league’s top-ranked team, chose to rest their star player and MVP candidate, Napheesa Collier.
Despite also being without their star rookie, Caitlin Clark, who is out for the season with a groin injury, the Fever got off to a hot start, taking a 14 points lead at the end of the 1st qtr and never looking back. The Lynx where able to cut the lead to just 5-points (50 – 45) but with their leader Napheesa Collier, Minnesota could not get over the Fever.

The loss moves the Lynx’s record to 33-10, while the Fever finished their season at 24-20 and with the win of Seattle over Golden State, the Fever will now head to the playoffs as the 6th seed.
In a stunning display of resilience, the Indiana Fever secured a historic 99-93 overtime victory against the Connecticut Sun. Trailing by a franchise-record 21 points early in the third quarter, the Fever mounted an improbable comeback.
Fever’s rally was led by a red-hot Kelsey Mitchell, who scored 34 of her career-high 38 points in the second half and overtime. Mitchell’s clutch shooting, including back-to-back three-pointers to start the extra period, fueled the comeback. Aliyah Boston also played a pivotal role, notching her 15th double-double of the season with 14 points and 13 rebounds, a new franchise record. Fever are now down with 4 players; Caitlin Clark (groin injury), Sydney Colson (ACL tear in her left knee), Aari McDonald (right foot broken bone) and now Sophie Cunningham.
The Indiana Fever suffered a 1-point loss to the Dallas Wings, falling 81-80 in a close matchup. Maddy Siegrist led the Wings with a career-high 22 points in her first start since June 6. Paige Bueckers had another impressive all-around performance with 16 points, 5 rebounds, and 8 assists, while Li Yueru added 20 points off the bench.
The Fever played catch-up for most of the game, briefly leading by six points (46-52). However, the Wings went on a dominant 32-9 run, building a 17-point lead (78-61) in the middle of the fourth quarter. The Fever managed to cut the lead to just one point with 33.4 seconds left, but Kelsey Mitchell missed a 15-foot pull-up jumper that could have secured the win.
Mitchell led the Fever with 24 points and 6 rebounds. Sophie Cunningham and Aliyah Boston each added 14 points, and Natasha Howard had another double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds. Chloe Bibby had her highest production as a member of the Fever, scoring 11 points in just 11 minutes of play. The Fever were without their star point guard Caitlin Clark, who is reportedly “progressing from an injured right groin but still is not practicing” with the team.
Next for the Fever will be against the Washington Mystics while the Wings will host the Sparks, both games will be this Friday.
Even though the Fever were without their three point guards, they handed the Sky a 22-point beating (92–70).
Four of the Indiana Fever’s starters scored in double digits: Aliyah Boston with 15 points, Kelsey Mitchell with 26 points (4-of-8 from the three-point line) and 8 assists, Sophie Cunningham with 16 points (3-of-6 from the three-point line), and Lexie Hull with 17 points (4-of-6 from the three-point line). Natasha Howard also contributed 7 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 blocks. The bench also made an impact, especially on the defensive end, with three steals and two blocks. Makayla Timpson added 7 points off the bench.
Sydney Colson and Aari McDonald are both out with season-ending injuries from their last game against Phoenix. Colson suffered a torn left ACL, while McDonald had a broken bone in her right foot. Caitlin Clark is also still out with a groin injury.
Sky are also missing some key players mainly Angel Reese with a back injury and Courtney Vandersloot with a torn right ACL injury.

Despite being without star Caitlin Clark for the seventh straight game, the Fever showcased their depth and resilience, improving their record to 17-12 on the season and are currently 5th in the standing and just 1.5 game behind NY Liberty.
The Fever were led by a stellar performance from Natasha Howard, who scored 21 points with 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Sophie Cunningham added a season-high 17 points, including a scorching 4-for-5 from beyond the arc. Aliyah Boston continued her dominant form, notching another double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds, proving crucial down the stretch scoring nine-straight points in the fourth quarter.
It was close game but the Fever was able to build an 8-point lead (42-34) at halftime, fueled by strong offensive contributions from Howard and Cunningham, and the rest of the team, Indiana was able to extend the lead to 13-points mid-3rd quarter. Seattle, however, refused to back down, made a significant push at the end of third quarter and all of the 4th quarter. Storm even cut the lead to just 1 point via Dominique Malonga’s inside play with 12.2 seconds left in the game (75 – 74). Then Kelsey Mitchell made a late layup with 8.21 seconds remaining to give Indiana a 3-point cushion. Aliyah Boston added a key free throw in the closing seconds to ice the game.
The Storm, led by Nneka Ogwumike’s 16 points, followed by Skylar Diggins’ 13 points, Gabby Williams (12 points, 9 rebounds), and Dominique Malonga (12 points).
The Indiana Fever will look to continue their winning streak as they face the Los Angeles Sparks on Tuesday. While the Seattle Storm will host the league-leading Minnesota Lynx on Wednesday.

It was a close game in the first half but building a 13-point lead, the Fever never trailed again even though Dallas was able to cut the lead to just 6 points (75 – 69).
Four of the five Indiana starters scored in double-digit points. Kelsey Mitchell had 23 points, Aliyah Boston had 12 points and 11 rebounds, and Natasha Howard added 11 points and a career-high-tying 16 rebounds. Both Boston and Howard also had five assists for Indiana. Aari McDonald continues to be a big factor while Caitlin Clark is sidelined; she had 12 points and 6 assists.
Paige Bueckers continues to be the leader for the Wings, she was the one who kept the game close but her 22 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists was not enough to get them the win. Another bad shooting game for Arike Ogunbowale, scoring 8 points but only had 1 field goal.

The Indiana Fever will start their three-game road trip this Sunday against the Seattle Storm. Meanwhile, Dallas will play two consecutive games against the New York Liberty, starting this Wednesday and then again this Saturday.

It was Bonner’s first game against the Fever and as expected the crowd boos her as soon as she gets a hold of the ball. Fever is still without Caitlin Clark who is out due to a groin injury since the 2025 All-Star games.
It was a total team effort by the Fever, with five players scoring in double digits. Aari McDonald scored a career-high 27 points, including 3 three-pointers. Aliyah Boston had 22 points and 12 rebounds, marking her 12th double-double for the season and was unstoppable, scoring 17 of this 22 points in the 4th quarter.
Sophie Cunningham and Damiris Dantas each scored 12 points, and Chloe Bibby added 10 points off the bench. Kelsey Mitchell, who played exceptionally well in their last game against the Sky, was limited to just 8 points due to foul trouble, while Natasha Howard, despite scoring just 6 points, was big on the defensive end with 2 blocks, 1 steal, and 6 rebounds.
For Phoenix, Alyssa Thomas lead Phoenix with 32 points, 15 rebounds and seven assists. Kahleah Copper added 22 points and Sami Whitcomb scored 18, including the buzzer-beater 3-points to end the first half. DeWanna Bonner who signed with the Fever at the start of the season but left to go Phoenix after 9 games.

After losing straight two games against the NYLiberty, the Indiana Fever have won their second straight against the Las Vegas Aces and the latest is against the Chicago Sky. Fever won their last two games without their star PG Caitlin Clark who is out because of a her groin injury and “no timetable available for her return.”
Against the Aces; It was a hard fought game but the Fever manage to win with the clutch 3 from Aari McDonald that gave the Fever an 8-point cushion with less than 40 second remaining in the game.

Aliyah Boston had 14 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists for the team. Makayla Timpson had 14 points off the bench with 3 steals, and Aari McDonald added 10 points.
For the Sky, Rachel Banham had a career night of 26 points, 6 of 11 three pointers and was the one leading the run for the Sky. Kia Nurse and Rebecca Allen added 14 and 13 points, respectively. This is the second game that Angel Reese missed her second second straight game because of a back issue.

After winning three games in a row, including their Commissioner’s Cup victory over the Lynx, and doing so without their star PG Caitlin Clark, the Indiana Fever were defeated by the LA Sparks in two consecutive games. Both were close games where neither team gained a lead larger than 8 points.
Azura Stevens led the Sparks with 21 points and 12 rebounds, and she also shot 3 of 7 from beyond the arc. Kelsey Plum added 20 points, and Dearica Hamby contributed 18 points and 4 assists.

The Fever had another strong defensive game with 33 rebounds, 3 steals, and 6 blocks. Indiana’s defensive effort was highlighted by Makayla Timpson’s block on Rickea Jackson at the end of the 1st quarter. Indiana led throughout the 4th quarter but was scoreless in the last 1:45 of the game. Aliyah Boston had one more chance to extend the game to overtime but missed a 21-foot pull-up jumper coming off a timeout.
The two All-Star captains, Caitlin Clark and Napheesa Collier will draft their respective rosters by selecting first from the remaining eight players in the pool of starters and then from the pool of 12 reserves.
WNBA is scheduled to announce that 12 All-Star reserves on July 6, and looking at the fan voting results, I have a good idea on who the 12 All-Star reserves will be.

It was a statement game for the Indiana Fever as they defeat the Dallas Wings 94-86 in a hard-fought contest that showcased the Fever’s depth and determination even without their star point guard, Caitlin Clark. Missing her second straight game due to a left groin injury, Clark’s absence provided an opportunity for other Fever players to step up, and they answered the call with a collective effort that secured a crucial road win.
From the opening tip, the Fever started fast, jumping out to an impressive 33-13 lead in the first quarter. Their offense was incredibly efficient in the 1st quarter, converting all of their shots from inside the arc and shooting a remarkable 59.3% from the field for the game. Fever’s efficiency carried over to the second quarter and was able to set the tone for the game, they managed to built a 20-point lead (40 – 20) but ended the half with a 13-points lead (56 – 43).
Veteran guard Kelsey Mitchell lead the Fever with a season-high 32 points and 7 assists, Mitchell also hade a crucial three-points to recapture the lead (82 – 80) after the Wings taking lead for the first time in the game. Aliyah Boston also continued to impress, adding a strong 21 points and six rebounds, keeping her consistent presence in the paint. Natasha Howard was a force on both ends, recording a double-double with 15 points and a game-high 13 rebounds, along with three steals. Making her first start for the Fever, Aari McDonald added 13 points and six assists, providing valuable playmaking in Clark’s absence.

The Dallas Wings is led by rookie sensation Paige Bueckers’ 27 points and six assists, lead the Wings comeback. After trailing by as many as 23 points, the Wings managed to briefly take an 80-79 lead in the fourth quarter, fueled by improved shooting and aggressive defense. However, the Fever kept their composure, responding with a decisive 9-0 run to reclaim control and seal the victory.
It’s a great win by the Fever (8-8), as they move back to a .500 record on the season before facing the Minnesota Lynx in the Commissioner’s Cup Finals this July 2nd.
WNBA just release first of fan voting for the coming WNBA All-Star Voting 2025 in Indiana and as expected, Fever star guard Caitlin Clark is the top vote getter with 515,993 votes, followed by Napheesa Collier (484,758) and teammate Aliyah Boston with 446,961 votes. Amongst all the team, Indiana Fever have the most player in the top 40, followed by New York Liberty with 4 players.

The Fever managed to build a 10-point lead in the first half, but the Aces cut the lead to just 6 points entering the fourth quarter. Like Wilson, Caitlin Clark had another poor shooting night, going 7-for-20 from the field and 1-for-10 from the three-point line. Despite her shooting slump, Clark scored 19 points and had 10 assists. Aliyah Boston led the Fever with 26 points and 10 rebounds, and she was also the primary defender on Wilson for most of the game. Kelsey Mitchell added 20 points.

It was Caitlin Clark’s first game since being sidelined due to a left quadriceps strain injury, and it was the return that a lot of CC fans had been expecting. Caitlin Clark was flirting with a triple-double; with 32 points, 8 rebounds, and 9 assists, she accounted for 54 of Indiana’s points through her scoring and assists.
In a two-minute stretch in the first quarter, she scored a total of 12 points: an and-1, followed by three straight triples—a 33-footer, a 27-footer 21 seconds later, and then a 31-footer 22 seconds after that. This brought the Gainbridge Fieldhouse sellout crowd (17,274) to a frenzy.
Clark got a lot of help from fellow superstar Kelsey Mitchell, who added 22 points. Lexie Hull contributed 14 points, and Aliyah Boston had a double-double with 10 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 assists. Sydney Colson was big off the bench with 10 points and 6 assists.
The win is payback for their 90-88 loss to the Liberty on May 24th, the last game Caitlin Clark played before sitting out the next five games. The New York Liberty are now 9-1 for the season.
On the Liberty side, Sabrina Ionescu led the team with a season-high 34 points and 4 assists. Breanna Stewart added 24 points and 5 rebounds. New York is missing the services of Jonquel Jones, who is out with an ankle injury, and Leonie Fiebich due to her overseas commitment for Germany in the EuroBasket competition.

Despite a dominant third quarter where the Fever outscored the Liberty 30-13, they couldn’t maintain the momentum, managing only 12 points in the fourth quarter while the Liberty scored 22. Sabrina Ionescu sealed the win for New York with two crucial free throws at the end of the game. The win will keep the Liberty unbeaten 4 games into the season, while the Fever will have a 2 – 2 standing.
Jonquel Jones led the Liberty with a double-double of 26 points and 12 rebounds. Sabrina Ionescu contributed 23 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists, while Breanna Stewart and Natasha Cloud each added 16 points.
For the Indiana Fever, Caitlin Clark had another challenging shooting night, going 6-of-19 from the field, including 2-of-12 from three-point range. Despite her struggles, she spearheaded the third-quarter surge with a four-point play and a buzzer-beating shot to end the quarter. Clark finished with 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 10 assists. Aliyah Boston delivered another stellar performance, tallying 27 points and 13 rebounds. Kelsey Mitchell and Lexie Hull each chipped in 15 points. Natasha Howard, the hero of their previous game, was limited to 6 points and 8 rebounds.
The Atlanta Dream narrowly defeated the Indiana Fever last night in a tightly contested and physical matchup at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, emerging with a 91-90 victory. Atlanta capitalize on their size and physicality for most of the game, until the Fever made a furious fourth-quarter rally but it was not enough to get the win at home.
Atlanta established an early lead, showcasing their stifling and physical defense that disrupted the Fever’s offense. They outshot Indiana in the paint during the first quarter, ending it with a 31-23 advantage. The Dream’s strong defensive presence continued throughout much of the game, making it difficult for the Fever to find consistent offensive flow.
Despite the defensive pressure, the Fever, lead by Caitlin Clark, began to claw their way back. Clark, who had a standout night with 27 points and 11 assists, hit crucial shots to keep Indiana in contention. Aliyah Boston followed-up her first game performance with 24 points and 10 rebounds, marking her second consecutive double-double. Kelsey Mitchell added 24 points to complete a potent scoring trio for the Fever.
Brittney Griner led Atlanta with 21 points and 8 rebounds in her first win with the team, while Rhyne Howard added 20 points, including key free throws in the final seconds. Brionna Jones contributed a double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds, and Allisha Gray chipped in 16 points.
The fourth quarter was a nail-biter, with the Fever battling back from an 11-point deficit early in the period. Clark and Lexie Hull combined for nine points on three-pointers to close the gap, and Indiana took its second lead of the game with just 21 seconds remaining. However, a crucial foul sent Rhyne Howard to the free-throw line, where she sank both shots to retake the lead for Atlanta. Despite a last-ditch effort by the Fever at the buzzer, the Dream held on for the one-point victory.
The game was a physical affair, with both teams battling hard on every possession. While the Fever showed resilience in their comeback attempt, their 10 missed free throws and 14 turnovers ultimately proved costly.
The two teams will face off again on Thursday, with the Fever traveling to Atlanta for another anticipated matchup.
The Indiana Fever and Chicago Sky played their first game of the 2025 WNBA season on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the sold-out Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Indiana Fever won the game convincingly with a final score of 93-58. Caitlin Clark led the Fever with a triple-double, recording 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. She also had a career-high four blocks. This was Clark’s third triple-double of her WNBA career, tying her with Candace Parker for the third-most in league history.
Together with Clark, Aliyah Boston of the Fever also had a strong performance with a double-double, scoring 19 points and grabbing 13 rebounds with 5 blocks. Making her debut for the Fever, Natasha Howard and Kelsey Mitchell each scored 15 points. DeWanna Bonner, another offseason addition for the Fever, also had a historic night, scoring 7 points and moving her into third place on the WNBA’s all-time scoring list, surpassing Tina Thompson. She now has 7,489 career points.

In the second quarter, the Fever tightened their defense, allowing the Sky to score just 15 points while managing to build a 13-point lead by the end of the first half (45-32). In the second half, the Fever’s offensive firepower was on full display, scoring 48 points while restricting the Chicago Sky to just 26 points in the same period.
For the Chicago Sky, Angel Reese had a double-double with 12 points and 17 rebounds, Ariel Atkins added 11 points.
There was a heated moment in the third quarter when Caitlin Clark committed a hard foul on Angel Reese. The foul was reviewed and upgraded to a flagrant 1. Technical fouls were also assessed to Reese and Boston after Reese confronted Clark.
Caitlin Clark isn’t messing around this season. A triple double, a route over the Sky and then a smart foul that set off her nemesis. This drama is good for the WNBA. This shouldn’t have been deemed a flagrant foul.

After waiving guard Jaelyn Brown last May 14th, the Indiana Fever now have their final roster for WNBA Season 2024. The team has made several key additions through free agency and the draft to bolster their lineup around rising star Caitlin Clark and 2024 Rookie of the Year, Aliyah Boston.
The Fever will only have 11 players on the roster due to salary cap issue and it’ll be interesting how far can the trio Clark, Boston and Mitchell carry the team, after reaching the playoffs last season.
Selected with the No. 1 pick in the 2023 WNBA Draft, Boston has averaged 14.2 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 blocks over her two seasons with the Fever. Unanimously selected as the WNBA Rookie of the Year in 2023, a season in which she became the first rookie to lead the WNBA in field goal percentage (57.8 percent), Boston has also been honored as a WNBA All-Star during both of her two professional seasons.
The move will make sure that Boston will be on the Fever’s roster through the 2026 season. This is also a sign that Indiana plans to retain Boston after her 4th year with the team and is assure of a fully guaranteed money unlike the previous 3 years.
