Marvel Studios just dropped the latest trailer for the Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania.
The 138 seconds video (below), Kang is trying to seduce Scott Lang into doing something that Kang cannot do in the quantum realm. The trailer also gives us a quick look on what MODOK will look like in the film, which, in all honesty, he looks a terrifying and far from the goofy MODOK that have been portrayed in the comics and animations.
The tone of the trailer, specially the way they focus on Scott Lang at the end while battling Kang, we may see the death of another Avengers, which I’m hoping not the case.
We’ll know whether Scott Lang dies, and if the whole Lang and Pym family will be able to escape the ‘wrath’ of Kang and Quantum real unscathed, on 17th of February when the film hits the big screen.

Prior to the renewal announcement, reports have surface that there will be second season of Wednesday but won’t be under the Netflix, since the IP of “The Addams Family” which includes “Wednesday” is owned by MGM, and now part of Amazon after it have been acquired for $8.5B.
It’s not surprising for Netflix to renew Wednesday, since the shows have been a runaway success for the streaming company. The company said that “the series broke the Netflix record for most hours viewed in a single week… twice. In the first week, it raked in 341.23 million hours viewed; in its second, 411.29 million hours viewed.”

GMA just dropped the mega trailer of the much awaited Voltes V: Legacy. The mega trailer is a 5 mins clip showing the evil alien empire Boazanians invading the world. The original Voltes V anime was first broadcast in the Philippines in 1978, on GMA Network with English dubbing. It was later banned by then-President Ferdinand Marcos on August 27, 1979, citing “harmful effects on children” with four remaining episodes being unaired. After the 1986 People Power Revolution that resulted to Marcos’ removal from office, the anime was reaired on Philippine television in the 1980s to 2010s.

It’s a done deal, Cristiano Ronaldo is now a Saudi Al-Nassr player and the holder of the richest contract in football history. Saudi Al-Nassr just confirmed the transfer of Portuguese Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo to Saudi Al-Nassr FC.
AlNassr FC announced the signing on their twitter account with a photo Cristiano Ronaldo with Saudi Al-Nassr Chairman of the Board Mr. Musli Al Muammar. Saudi Al Nassr did not provide any details on the financial value of the contact but it is reported to value north of $1.2 billion, where Ronaldo will suit-up as a player for 2.5 years and in an ambassadorial role as Saudi Arabia bid to organize the World Cup in 2030.
In their official announcement, Saudi Al-Nassr said that “the deal is more than just writing a new historical chapter. We all know that there will be a 10th installment of Fast & Furious, which is aptly called Fast X with a reported release date of May 19, 2023. Now Vin Diesel just revealed that the first trailer of Fast X is scheduled for release in less than 2 months which is more or less by end of January 2023 or by mid Feb of next year.
Since the death of Paul Walker (Brian O’Conner), the Fast & Furious films shifted their focus on the Toretto family and in Fast X, they will introduce Abuela Toretto, portrayed by Rita Moreno, known for her work as West Side Story, Slums of Beverly Hills and the 1956 classic ‘The King and I.’
Fast X is directed by Louis Leterrier and several cast members reprising their role, including Vin Diesel as Dominic “Dom” Toretto, Michelle Rodriguez as Letty Ortiz, Jordana Brewster as Mia Toretto, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges as Tej, Nathalie Emmanuel as Ramsey and Sung Kang as Han Lue. Cristiano Ronaldo is about to sign the richest contract in football history. In an article by Spanish sport daily newspaper MARCA, Ronaldo is set to sign with Saudi Al Nassr for $217 million-per-year contract and an estimate of $1.28 billion for the duration of the whole contract, where 2.5 years as a player for Al-Nassr FC and the rest in an ambassadorial role as Saudi Arabia bid to organize the World Cup in 2030.

Marvel studios just release first official movie poster of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. In a true spider-fashion, the poster features an unmasked upside-down Miles Morales and appears to be dividing “Spider-People” into two groups.

After announcing that he (Henry Cavill) will return as Superman last October, Cavill again announced that he will be returning as Superman.

In a tweet, James Gunn explained why they’re changing Henry Cavill as Superman, saying that the new Superman that they have in mind “will be focusing on an earlier part of Superman’s life, so the character will not be played by Henry Cavill.” He added that they’re a big fan of Henry Cavill and that they’re exploring “a number of exciting possibilities to work together in the future.’

Sony Pictures just release the official trailer of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and watching it bring out a lot more questions than answers.
Like, why the hell did all those “Spider-People”, including Spider-Man 2099, attacking Mile Morales and Gwen Stacy? And why kind of threat would it take for all those “Spider-People” to come together? Also, why is it only Miles and Gwen, to some degree “Peter Parker,” are the only ones who doesn’t know what really is happening in the “multi-verse”? No matter what the answers are, it looks like Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is going to be a great film.

NBA will rename its 6 annual regular-season individual awards after NBA Legends with redesigned trophies. The awards will be presented to the end-of-season Kia Performance Award winners.
The league made the announcement Tuesday, headlined by The Michael Jordan Trophy, which will be awarded to the NBA Most Valuable Player. Michael Jordan, considered the Greatest Of All Time, is a 5-time MVP during his 15 year, only Kareem Abdul-Jabbar have won more MVP trophies. Michael Jordan also earned six NBA championships, six NBA Finals MVP Awards, 11 All-NBA Team selections, 14 NBA All-Star selections, three NBA All-Star Game MVP Awards, 10 scoring titles, an NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award, an NBA Rookie of the Year Award and selections to the NBA’s 50th and 75th Anniversary Teams.
NBA’s Clutch Player of the Year will received The Jerry West Trophy, the award will honor the NBA player who best comes through for his teammates in the clutch. The Jerry West Trophy is aptly named, since West’s nicknamed “Mr. Clutch” for his extraordinary shooting during clutch time.
The Hakeem Olajuwon Trophy will be given to the Defensive Player of the Year. Hakeem Olajuwon is NBA’s all-time leader in blocked shots and ranks ninth in steals, he is a two-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year and nine-time NBA All-Defensive Team selection. Add this to his 2x NBA champion, 12x NBA All-Star appearance, league MVP, 2x NBA Finals MVP, 12x All-NBA Team selection. Olajuwon is also a member of the NBA’s 50th and 75th Anniversary Teams.

The Sixth Man of the Year will receive The John Havlicek Trophy. You need to have an old school NBA fan to know John Havlicek, he came off the bench for the first seven seasons of his career and during that time, we was a 4x All-Star in four of those seasons. He won eight NBA championships, 13 NBA All-Star selections, 11 All-NBA Team selections, an NBA Finals MVP, 8x NBA All-Defensive Team selections. John Havlicek is included in the league’s 35th, 50th and 75th Anniversary Teams.
The George Mikan Trophy will be awarded to the league’s Most Improved Player of the Year. Mikan is a 5x NBA champion in seven seasons, four NBA All-Star selections, an NBA All-Star Game MVP, six selections to the All-NBA Team and inclusion on the NBA’s 25th, 35th, 50th and 75th Anniversary Teams.
