Changes to Passport Renewal Process at the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh this New Year

Philippine Embassy in Riyadh just announced that there will be changes in the passport renewal this 2023. In conjunction with the resumption of deployment OFW in Saudi Arabia, Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) will create a whitelists and blacklists of recruitment agencies.
