The trailer looks good and that’s a good start, specially if you watch all the reaction videos on Youtube. They have the star power and I just hope the story for the film is well written.

The trailer confirmed a number of rumors surrounding the game, first is that it confirmed the first female protagonist ala Bonnie and Clyde, then the release of the game which will be in 2025 and that the game will be available in both PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Sony just release the teaser trailer of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire and for at least 100 seconds, you’d think that the trailer is about a superhero film, since the video features an unseen villain with the power to freeze anything including the power to create ice spikes that’s so strong that it can pierce thru a car and even lift it atleast 4 feet off the ground.
The trailer also gives us a glimpse of Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson, the original Ghostbusters with the Spengler family. From the way Dr. Raymond “Ray” Stantz (Dan Aykroyd) talks about the unseen enemy, it appears as though they’ve already encountered the said “ghost”.

Three months after the release of the teaser, Marvel just release the official trailer the Marvels. The 139 seconds trailer include a number of new clips including other half of the bangles that Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel) is using.
The trailer revealed that Dar-Benn a Kree warrior revolutionary wielding an Accuser’s hammer and trying to restore her homeland after a civil war, which may have been caused by Carol Danvers/ Captain Marvel, in the first movie.
We also Nick Fury in action, which is an indication that Nick Fury will get is job back or at least a new position after the events of Secret Invasion. Goose, Carol’s pet Flerken will also return from the first film.
The Marvels is part of Phase 5 of the MCU, will be in theaters on Nov. 10th.

The 2 mins video also shows us that the body swapping is not just between between Capt. The Marvels, we’ll see a lot of familiar faces; Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson returning as Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel) and Nick Fury, respectively. Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, we first saw her in the WandaVision Disney+ series. Then we have the Kamala Kahn’s whole family from Ms. Marvel series as well. Also in the film are Zawe Ashton as Dar-Benn, a Kree warrior and the new holder of Accuser’s hammer; and Park Seo-joon, who is reported to be playing as Carol Danvers’ alien husband, Prince Yan.
The Marvels is scheduled to be in theaters this 10th Nov. 2023.
Marvel Studios’ Secret Invasion, an Original series, is streaming June 21 on Disney+.
Secret Invasion original series will be 6-episodes long and will star Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury from the MCU film series, along with Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, with Cobie Smulders, Martin Freeman, and Don Cheadle. The series is created by Kyle Bradstreet and directed by Thomas Bezucha and Ali Selim.
Secret Invasion original series is part of Phase Five of the MCU and will be on Disney+ this 21st June.
We celebrated International Womens day last March 8, 2023 and Eunice Jorge of the female-fronted band, Gracenote celebrated by covering a song of Just A Girl by No Doubt. Eunice Jorge is a member of Gracenote, a female-fronted band considered as one of the most exciting live acts of this generation. Adult Swim, the American adult-oriented nighttime programming block of Cartoon Network, just release 3 very short promo video of Rick and Morty, that features Christopher Lloyd as Rick Sanchez and Jaeden Martell portraying Morty.
Based on the caption, “Rick and Morty” are travelling to the different universe in each of video. First back home in C-132, which if you are watching the show, refers to the show’s main universe.
Then the second video C-1.21, this refers to the show’s multiverse and a call back to Lloyd’s Back to the Future character as Doc brown and the show’s season three episode “Pickle Rick”.
The third and hopefully not the last video, is a promo for the Rick and Morty dot com, and at the same time, the availability of the show’s final season.
Last week, Shopee announced that their newest endorser will be none other than martial arts and Hollywood superstar, Jackie Chan. The company even release a 30-sec video showing Jackie Chan dancing the Shopee shake.

In an article by ABS-CBN, Shopee Philippines Director Martin Yu gave members of the media a first look at the local version of Chan’s ad, where the action star can be heard speaking in Filipino.
“He has lit up movie screens for over seven decades with his action-comedy movies that are certified Hollywood blockbusters,” he said. “Our new Shopee superstar is none other than Jackie Chan.”
Yu added that Chan will also be featured in upcoming in-app content, including entertainment and games.

Super Nintendo World was originally set to open before the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo but it was delayed due to the COVID-19 global pandemic that also pushed back the Olympics schedule. This is the lesson imparted by the stories featured in this year’s ABS-CBN Christmas ID “Ikaw ang Liwanag at Ligaya.” Take, for example, Arjanmar and Khaye Rebeta who proved that a pandemic could not dim their love story.
