This year’s Miss Universe is none other than Ms. Sheynnis Palacios from Nicaragua. Ms. Palacios is the first contestant from Nicaragua to win the Miss Universe pageant. Before joining the pageant circle, the 23-year-old, worked as a TV host and model, she beat first runner-up Anntonia Porsild from Thailand and second runner-up Moraya Wilson from Australia.

The winner will be gifted, almost immediately, a year of commitments, purposes and many objectives that support her participation in the contest, for which she will have an annual salary of around $250,000.
