Notable nomination; Even though she did not win, Dolly de Leon became the first Filipino talent to be nominated for a Golden Globe award. The nomination was for her role in the Ruben Östlund’s Palme d’Or-winning film “Triangle of Sadness,” as an OFW who works as a crew of a luxury yacht and a one of the surviving crew when the ship capsized after a pirate attack.
