Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson posted her response to Kris Aquino’s emotional video regarding the video of Former Senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. being kissed by two women, which was in response to the flak that President Duterte is getting after he kissed a Filipina OFW in South Korea.
