President Duterte declares CPP-NPA a terrorist group with Proclamation No. 374

President Rodrigo Duterte just signed Proclamation No. 374 declaring the CPP-NPA a terrorist organization. CPP-NPA had been on the terror list of the United States since 2002, so this proclamation is long over due.
